Resource System level test
Purpose This software supports action-based learning via Internet the basics of testing digital systems. It offers a set of tools for understanding the principles of designing digital sytems, microprogramming, functional test generation, hierarchical test generation, and built-in self-testing. A big reservoir of simple examples is given to train on the screen in interactive mode the main important techniques and algorithms.
