Resource Digital Testing
Purpose The purpose of the course is to give an overview about the basics of testing digital systems: philosophy and economics of testing, mathematical basics, classification of physical defects and fault models, test generation, fault simulation, test quality analysis, fault diagnosis and test optimization.
